Welcome to a special edition of Be Aware to mark today's launch of Constructing Excellence in the Built Environment, which will bring together Be and Constructing Excellence into one organisation.

There has been a high level of positive feedback and support from members and a consensus that joining together will enable us to better address the challenges ahead and deliver real benefits for leading industry firms and clients.

The merger will create more opportunities for existing Be members who will have access to an extended package of benefits, and will enjoy better representation and clearer strategic direction across the industry as a whole. Members will also benefit from an enhanced channel to government, as well as access to more support and resources. For more information about the new organisation and to find out the answers to your frequently asked questions please refer to the two leading articles below.

Members will also soon receive a booklet entitled ‘What is Constructing Excellence in the Built Environment?’ this will provide you with a detailed explanation of the merger and the new organisation. If you would like extra copies of the booklet please email James Harris at jharris@camarguepr.com.

As for Be Aware, please rest assured you will continue to receive your monthly update of news and views from the built environment and although the e-bulletin will be re-branded the content and quality of service will continue to be of the highest standard.
